Prior to opening in 2020, we became masters of our craft in all areas of residential and commercial construction/remodeling, as well as standard and large loss property claim handling with some of the nation's largest insurance carriers. Independent Adjusters License - CT, DE, FL, KY, LA, NC, NH, NM, NY, OK, RI, SC, TX, VT, WY

Independent Adjusting
Adjuster will complete initial contact, on-site inspection, provide Xactimate repair estimate, photos, coverage analysis, and subrogation documentation (if applicable). Staff adjuster to complete settlement with insured.
Billing - based on fee schedule + travel/expenses. Additional services requested will be added based on hourly rate. Fee schedule can be requested by emailing admin@ny-claims.com.
Total loss utilization of Xactimate Residential Valuation Tool - discounted fee schedule. Broad Evidence form can also be utilized in conjunction with RVT - discounted fee schedule plus cost of Market Valuation.

Normal coverage area 100 mi. radius from home office (13416). Services requested outside our normal coverage area, additional charges may apply.
Appraisal & Umpire Services
Appraisals - Base fee plus additional hourly rate for services exceeding 10 hours.

Mitigation and/or Repair Estimate
Our estimator will provide an Xactimate repair/mitigation estimate based on industry standard best practices. This can be completed either virtually or with an on-site inspection.

Quality Review
Mitigation Invoice / Repair Estimate

Our IICRC certified technicians will review mitigation invoices and/or repairs estimates. If not prepared in Xactimate, we will provide a comparison estimate based on IICRC guidelines and/or carrier best practices.

Subro Demand
Our highly trained technicians will review and adjust subrogation demands from third party carriers. If not prepared in Xactimate, we will provide a comparison estimate based on carrier and industry standard best practices.

Moisture Mapping
Our IICRC WRT certified technician will provide a detailed moisture mapping of all affected areas utilizing state of the art moisture meters (both invasive and non-invasive), thermal imaging, infrared thermometers, and wireless humidity and temperature sensors.
LiDAR Scanning
Our technician will provide a LiDAR scan of the property including a link to 3D imagery/virtual tour, with the option to add an ESX data file including complete sketch of the property. Billable based on square footage of the property with a minimum base fee, plus applicable T&E.
